yup you guessed it has anyone ran a direct injection diesel on parrafin?
if my memory serves some tractors used to start up on it

them tractors had TVO units, and were petrol, not diesel.......

yes it will run , but for a very short time before your engine shows its displeasure. forget the idea. read this for the reasons

parafin is also known as kerosene, which when i was in the army we used to mix with diesel to stop it waxing in very cold climate like bosnia but we had to be very carefull not to mix to much in as it would wreck landy engines !!!!
