External Submersible Question

I am sure I have seen someone on here remove their onboard water tank and replace with an external submersible and water socket.
I have taken out my onboard tank today, freeing up some handy storage, but I would like to know what submersible/socket combination to buy, as there appear to be a couple of options.
Any advice would be most welcome.

This is the sort of thing I am on about on fleabay

One model says microswitched the other pressure switched.
Ideally I would like to utilise the existing switch in the floor by the sink to power the external submersible.

this has been done on my van.
I have a socket similar to a caravan like this

along with a Whale pump like this one
