Door card templates

Hi i am after some door car templates to cut some new.
The back door and sliding door to if poss so they can all be the same.
Dose any one know where you can get them from in CAD format (is that right) so i can get them laser cut/ milled out ?

- bloody hell that's a bit OTT. I just drew round mine with a pencil, then used a Japanese Pull saw to cut them to size. A 10 mm Drill is nearly perfect for the poppers.
I used 4 mm plywood as the material, but it's cheap and snaps like frosty carrots. Must buy better quality ply next time.

Was after making them out of steel and polishing them. so wanted the edge to look good and fit right.
Any one with any more info .

Not to mention the obvious 'oooh!!' every time some bare bit of skin comes into contact with them.
Hardboard is a good material and you can cover it in all kinds of things. Agree on the 10mm drill.
