Main site camping help

Booked to stay at a mainstream camping site (haven) on a hard standing pitch for a week question is any ideas what conections id need for tc water waste?

Description is...............

"These pitches have a turret for electricity, water, waste and TV connections, with hard standing for tourer and car"

we went hard standing the other week in holmsey just shoved a bucket under our waste pipe and disposed down the grey water shoot!!!!

think best thing to do would be contact them and ask!!!! but the ones i have seen you wont be able to use mains water hook up as it more for caravans etc

Haven Holidays ???? Ouch that sounds expensive !!

Have you tried looking at the following website for cheap campsites?

http://www.ukcampsites.co.uk/

There's a lot of campsites on there from less than a tenner per night with electric.

you'd be surprised. if you book haven in advance and at right time of year you can easily get hookup pitches for a fiver a night! Been 3 times this year now, as summer loves the swimming pools and the entertainment at night :-)

YUp 4 nights two of us hardstaning hook up all the facilties heated indoor pool bar etc £49 of equivelenet to £5 ppn :D

Yes if you go the right time its not dear .Joan and I stopped at the one at Burnam on Sea on our way to Devon in May. It cost us £5 a night including hook up, tv point and use of all factiles, (pool, bar etc) well wotth it. :lol:
