How can I fix this OS rear arch?

Hi All.

Just spent another day under my new purchase with the grinder, wire brush and rust killer!

Anyway the old girl is in pretty good nick all over and all the light rust has now been rubbed back and treated.

The only really bad bit is my OSR wheel arch. The lower section is rotten and I uncovered a bit of filler here so I think it's either had a knock or rusted and repaired before.

Whats the best way to tackle this chaps. See pic

My interior is part stripped but I can't get to the back of this panel from in side without taking a load of stuff out.

Could I patch a new rear arch section A in from just the outside only, or is there no choice but the get at it inside?

I have seen repair panels for all sorts of combination of sections but it's only a 1/3 of my lower arch thats shot.

Section C has some filler in it also.

Cheers
Ade

Don't know much on the T25 to be honest, but if there is a repair panel, it should be pretty easy to do. The only thing to think about though is when welding you may create enough heat to set fire to what's on the inside

That said, you'll know more once you cut the offending section out

I have just replaced mine i replaced the hole panel there are 2 types one is tall type and 1 is smaller arch version,it took me a day with quite a few tea breaks inbetween cost for panel £40 or smaller one £30 i did mine from the outside without removing anything apart from the inner card and i had to make a new inner arch due to total corroded, your doesnt look as bad as mine!!
