Hi iv got a sit of LT mrror arm on me van but the bottom bit does fit the holes do the still sell this bit of the arm or no were i could get one to put on mine

Guess that means filling existing mounting holes and re-drilling with T3 spacing. Might work, but won't be easy. Maybe fill existing holes with epoxy metal filler first.

drill out the reinforcingplate and fit a rivnut M5 is AndyMcC top tip

Or another option is to make an adapter plate (6mm thick) that bolts onto the door with 1 M8 countersunk. Then 1 bolt screws into the plate and the other through into the door. Did this with the simple pivot pre face lift mounts though.
