Even I had the decency to call my IT consultancy company "synconIT"

under floor heating, hot water pipes from radiator to engine....
plumbing, water pipes......
ventilation, open cab window......
lighting, sunlight.....
sub-mains, battery......
security, dog.......

but we also got 4wd fitted!
