Stone Chip Paint

As part of the ongoing renovation of the van I started investigating some rust that had come through the paint. I got the wire twist grinder attachment on there and found quite a lot of filler and some rust holes...
I have treated the rust, and will make good this week..

The thing is that the area in question was painted with a stone chip paint (quite a bobbly surface) Will the stone chip paints available replicate the texture that I had to gring away?

Any recomendations?

Dear Sir, during my 5 year stint working in an approved body repair centre we used to use 3Ms products which are available in smooth to heavy textured finish ,,,,,,these products are then finished with the 'top coat' ,celulose / 2 pack or water based paints .
