Best tool to grind the JX inlet manifold to match an AAZ is?

Hi Guys,
Im starting to think about my AAZ install now.
Just going over some old threads and all the usual web pages - i've started to think about the inlet manifold.
In the past (1.7d to 1Y conversions) conversions i've done, i havent bothered with the inlet manifold issue - i've just done a straight swap with the 1.7d manifold.
For the AAZ i want it just right - so was thinking of grinding away the inside of the JX inlet to match the ports of the AAZ.
Anyone got a good suggestion of a decent tool to use?
I suppose if i "cock" it up i can just fit the AAZ inlet.....
Thanks
Ringo
