Alrite Rick,
Spend my days servicing/repairing caravans for my sins and come across this problem from time to time, the double glazed windows in caravans are glued (the 2 layers) and have 2 small holes with clear plastic bungs inserted once the adhesive has cured. From memory (broke a westy last year) their windows have a sort of double sided adhesive foam holding the 2 layers together and the weather seems to break it down.Either way if you want to save expense of a new window, remove it,carefully with a scraper seperate the 2 layers, clean off old sealant and get all surfaces spotless then run a thin seam of black Sikaflex around the outer edge, and place the 2 peices back together, allow to set and job done.
Sounds a lot but pretty easy diy job and as i say cheaper than a replacement.
James

ahhhh
i have thought about posting this problem for quite a while now..
this happens to the dbl glazed window in my high top westie too...

I'm also at a loss of what to do
Im worried about removing the window as it may cause more problems with leaks

also the seal is not the best and i dont know where i can get a replacement, anyone have any ideas on this one?

I have the little plastic plugs in some windows but its coming in from the top....

...just wondering if you managed to source any seals for your leaky hightop window? This weathers useful for identifying leaks!!
