Is there a website that gives me an idea of how to do it, or can anyone tell me how it's done?

Also where can I get the gasket that goes between the carb and the inlet manifold. Can't seem to find it on Brickwerks or JK.

Thanks

Because after taking the whole thing apart, cleaning it etc etc surely it would need to be rejetted. I think.

Why?? none of the jetting is "adjustable" (idle co screw excepted)

Wear in the jets will be minimal... unless its very very high mileage..

clean it well, fit new gaskets seals and the gaskets and clips to hold the chokes in and refit to the van.. it will drive so much better too..

As long as the adjusting screws on the actuating arms havent been buggered about with, then the base settings should be fine.. new vac hoses and the vac units working correctly, follow the procedure in the haynes for setting and away you go...

Accelerator pump diaphram does not come in the kit but is available seperately.. I think the other little pump unit is seperate too..
