Bio diesel

Just filled up with Bio at Morrisons (Safeway) and the checkout woman was telling me that the local Sky (tv) vans use it and claim an extra 60 miles per tank full, has anyone else ever heard this? I use a bit of veg oil normally but cant say I ever noticed more MPG just a nce smell and a bit of a saveing
