Thinking of buying a T25 panel van off E-Bay. Just wondered how much it costs to board out the back of the van. Is there anywhere in the South Yorkshire area that would do this?
Thanks Lee.

You can do it yourself for the cost of some plywood and screws...
pretty easy, just a case of measuring and fixing...
Just Kampers also do full van kit...

you can easily damage hardboard also you will need screw cups with HB as the screws will just pop through, much better using ply and it will look a lot better & lighter

Do people usually put any insulation behind the board?

just going through this myself. wondered where to start with lining out and couldnt figure it.
ended up buying second hand panels from flea bay.
panels from a caravelle so the only panels i have to make are :
top of slider
top rear window blank apertures
whole panel opposite slider
panels bought from a midlands vw breaker for 50 quid including trim clips so no nasty screws . the guy is called alan 01215011239
acoustic lining carpet from megavanmats.com (marc) this to line the bare metal , window surrounds and areas not covered by panels .
cream vinyl to cover the panels bought from fleabay 25 quid per 5m

I've been wondering about this for the Chuckle Bus. They have 2x1 rolls of foil wrapped loft/wall insulation going cheap (£4) at my local Tesco as was thinking of stuffing the cavities with it before ply-siding.
