In process of swaping 1.6T/D to a 1.9T/D

I am aware I have to use the 1.6 clutch----Do I have to change the Flywheel ???
If I do have to change it. will the TDC mark line up ok with the T25 bellhousing window ???

On my 1.6 there is what I think is an oil cooler just above the oil filter and an electric auxillary water pump. There is NOT on my 1.9 AAZ. Do I need to change these over or will the Non-oil cooler version be OK ???

As I " managed" in error to purchase an EGR version of the AAZ I am changing it back to a 1.6 Turbo using the 1.6 manifolds. Am I correct in assuming that I can simply remove the micro-switch attached to the top of the diesel pump ?

cheers

If the AAZ alternater ribbed belt pulley has a free wheel its okay.1.6td pulleys & V belt alternater no vibration to loosen crank pulley bolt.

Just another thought--As I will be using my 1.6 Aly sump, do I have to change the oil pump pick up, nothing or the whole oil pump ??
