Hi every one iv just remove me refridgerant to give a good clean of dust, And looking to make suer every think els ok and to mix fluids/gases as well, iv read on the wiki how to do this but on
STEP NINE it say Making sure door is closed turn fridge upside and leave upside down over night, this alows the refridgerant fluids/gases to mix and become more efficient again ,now go have a beer) so tommrow do i stand it up right, and leve it, as u would with a fridge ,IE,if yes how long?,befor i test,and does anyone no if they should be a light on the swicth IE the red one when i put it on as it does work maybe need a new one .

If the switch is electronic ignition you will need a 12v supply to it. It will spark continuously (and the switch will flash too) until the gas is lit. I'm not sure if the gas will stay lit if the 12v is removed.

iirc from what was said in a previous thread about this, once you turn the fridge the right way up again it needs to stand for quite a long time (e.g. overnight again) before you test it out.

ok thanks tony i was going to do that anyway as i no you have to stand fridge indoor the same well hoping it well run evern better now iv done what they say as on the wiki get a new switch 2 as well should be good as new

On mine the switch only illuminates (flashes) when the ignition is sparking - it's off at all other times when running on gas. Not sure about 12V operation, but I suspect it's the same.

The switch only flashes as the igniter is sparking to light the gas. Once the gas is lit it stops, but should the gas run out it'll start flashing again and alert you to the fact.

I think its the same as with a domestic fridge after transportation. generally 24hrs before switching on. Not sure if a bus fridge is less due to the smaller condenser.
