red flashy thing on my audi 80 tdi....any ideas guys????????

still trying to sort out her van and me brothers audi that ive borrowed in ill also,the red water level light is flashing,ive topped thew water up to no avail,any ideas dudes its really p*****g me off,wish i hadnt borrowed it now
