gearbox bell housing to an A80

I have a DY gear box, will an IZ of an A80 which has the same block as an A4 bolt on to this 
have checked nearly all the messages but would be very grateful for an answer really want to start this project also have a CY engine block but cannot find whence it came but it did bolt onto the DY bell housing
