How do I identify my Weber carb?

Hi,
I've found out that my carb has a sticky choke. So, I thought I'd do some searching around to see how to attack the problem (clean up the carb, consider manual choke, etc???).
But I guess as a starting point I need to know exactly what carb I've got. I know it's a twin choke Weber but that's all. I can't see any identification on it (other than "Weber") that tells me any more details.
How should I go about identifying precisely what it is??
Thanks
Pete
