Replacing or Repairing my T25 Devon Canvas?

Hello all!
I finally plucked up the cash and bought my first Van - wahey!
She's still waiting for a name but I'm sure inspiration shall hit me soon.
I could do with a little advice from your poolof knowledge on whether I should repair or replce my poptop side-elevating Devon canvas?
It's got a couple of holes where it joins the roof, nothing big but bad for drafts. I called up a place and they quoted £269 for a new one. This seem,s a bit excessive for what is essentially a piece of canvas sewn together.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to reapir it - recommended sealents etc?
Or if anyone has a spare then I'll make them an offer :)
Any advice would be appriciated.
Thanks guys.

Son of arathorn.

Okay - then it'll be a combination of gaffer tape and sealant. If it's good enough for airplanes then it's good enough for my Van

Thanks for your help everyone. Happy trails.

You could use some extra self-tapping screws, or rivets to close up any gaps round the edges. We bought a Devon roof with no canvas, and had to fit from scratch - cost us over £300 - and days of rivetting and screwing. Mastic'ed round the edges afterwards because it was getting wet if the rain was a certain direction
