brake pedal

Although i have bled the brakes twice the brake pedal still goes down to the floor more so when the engine is running,
was ok untill i replaced the flexis front and back

There is a quick thing you could try before you get a bit more involved with your problem.
Gently clamp all 4 flexy hoses (with pipe clamps if you have them ), then try the pedal again,,,,,,if it is by far better than before then you have air still in the system.

If the pedal goes to the floor it is possible that the master cylinder seals are shot.

I put new pads on mine a few weeks ago and found the pedal was crap until the pads had worn in. Even passed it's MOT like that. Now it stops within 2 miles of first hitting the pedal :D

if its that soft then it will go to the floor when the engine isnt running.. lots of air in the system..
