I've got some new windows to replace the old ones, they are bigger.

Am i right thinking the hole should be 6mm bigger than the frame for the rubbers?

If you have a micrometer measure the thickness of te rubber in the channels for your exact size but most are 5-7mmm. I have replied bout covered fitting em somewhere recently on here if you ca find it?!

Would it be worth running a bead of sealent around the underside of the seal after?

I did as it also helps prevent water getting trapped there and helping the rust begin!
