timing belts(quality)

Has anyone had any expeirence with Contitech belt kits with there TDI lumps there are a few popping up on ebay, are they any good quality wise?
even here they sell em cheep, is it true" you get what you pay for" ?

Contitech belts are what vw use, fairly sure they do not make the tensioner/idlers. Thats only a couple of quid less than vw sell them for.

Conti are good.
Tensioners are made by litens for VW, Canadian brand, they use INA bearings generally.
Litens seem to supply most of the aftermarket too, they have it fairly much covered.

Avoid an parts that have 7RL after the part number as the cheap nasty Chinese "pooh" that GSF seem to bee selling, I've heard of a few of these failling in a short space of time, but i don't use them, so I don't have first hand experience.
