Are you sure there is only 3 made in this color. In the last couple o years i have seen 2 or 3 in this color for sale in Canada.
There is also a tristar 2wd driving in this color in sweden , still rare though!
Most tristar are red or white. Have seen 3 black tristar syncros and one silver one. Also red mettalic is very rare, this color i have only seen in ads in canada.

Isnt this the tristar Lars Neuffer had for sale a couple of years ago?

yes there are two in Canada and one in Germany. I've talked to some old ex-Volkswagen employees, they made three für a special order.

I think some people repainted their cars because the didn't get one.

This Tristar on Ebay is the one of Lars Neuffer, it's his number plate on it.

That is one lovely looking vehicle.

@matflint: It's not orlyblue-metallic I think it's capri blue.

Goodnes, only 3 in this color...beatifull!! Really love this color. Love the condition of this tristar. Reaallly beatifull... Not to compare with the swedish tristar i came across with..they all look rusty, dented and battled!!

Do you know how many black ones and red mettalic ones are made?

hi im now the owner of a black 2wd tristar..

anyone know anything about it?? its an auto and has a 2.3 volvo engine in it.
