When doing a cam-belt replacement, is it wise to replace the 'wheel bearing wheel thing as well? What is recommended to replace when doing a cam-belt replacement? I am talking about the belt going around the diesel pump and around. I forget what all these engineparts are called!!! lol

Yes, its worth changing the cam belt tensioner aswell ..

deffo - in fact a must if you don't know when it was last changed - they can be the cause of a lot of cambelt slips or breakages
