Hi everbody, sad to report that that my big yellow bus caught fire last night,as yet don,t know why, safe to say though it is a major blow and it has destroyed all the eletrics and ancillaries in the engine bay , now need lots of advice rebuilding this area,any one have a wiring diagram,airflow meter, expansion tank etc.etc.?? Rog;

Blimey Rog, sorry to hear about that, for piccies look at the faqs at the top of the page, they need to be downloaded on a website first, like Muchos, then the url picked up and slapped in here with the Img tags at either end. You will I think, need yo reduce your pic size for muchos, i dont know about other hosting sites, several digicamera programs will tell you how to do this.

Funny day yesterday, Drew's gearbox fell out in Uxbridge (see GC), will there be a third?

Yes, good idea, put up a list of bits you will need, and we'll go rooting about in our sheds and garages.

I can let you have all the engine electronics and wiring loom if it's a 2.1 WBX but not for a week.

i have the injection system here in my stores, if you need one.....
also expansion tank, bleeding ring, pipes ect

Roger, bad news mate. I have spare engine bay looms, main loom and bits inc ecu and idle units etc..give me a call if there's anything you need help with...en route home from Bath today thence to Lakes for w/e

tThanks to everbody for all your responses, sorry for my delay in posting this, I was awaiting a visit from the insurance assesor, he has indicated adeal to repair it myself,which suits me. the list of required items is, expansion tank, coolant top up tank, wiring loom in engine bay, airflow meter and air cleaner, injection relay box, number plate lamps, al for a2.1 DJ engine 1988 vintage, wil be happy to pay postage plus cost of parts; Regards and thankyou Roger G.
