hi there i have a 2.0l cu Aircooled engine just wandering if you can take the heads off without taking engine out? many thanks
Anyone who is used to working on Renault 5 's would be able to do that job in situ!!!!
It's a fiddle, but possible. It's really not much bother to drop the engine, and it does make it easier for access, removing the exhaust etc. The time saving might be negligable, but you'll do a better job with the engine on the kitchen table.
