I have almost got all my other projects out of the way now, so I am turning my attention to getting the van going.

Here is what I have found :(

There is a skim of filler over the whole lot so I want to cut it all out and weld new metal in. My problem is I have no idea how to cut the old panel out. Can I drill out the spotwelds or should I take a grinder with a cutting disc to it?

Cheers,
Edd

Similar to mine, rust wise.

The solution for me was to use an air chisel and 'pop' the spot welds.

You could try drilling them but i think it will be difficult.

You can try grinding them of.

You can use a chisel and a hammer/air chisel.

Let use know how you get on.
