I have delt with them before and have always found them helpfull and polite.
What I was worrying about was if there was any difference in height between the front and rear.
Ricicles is yours a van or a camper?
many thanks Rob.................

I was baxtered last week, -50mm AVO springs, new Bilstein shocks and baxters shims, no difference on rear, 380 mm from hub centre to wheel arch, 8mm difference on front, nearside 382 mm, offside 374mm, also had steering bushes done, what a difference, no wandering and nice and tight on the wheel, well chuffed, 8)

Is that with empty tanks and no driver?

You should find it's almost perfect when loaded.

Apart from all the warranty returns another reason for stopping selling Jamex (same as CMC, G-max and others) was the inconsistent drops, sometimes they were okay, sometimes they came down at the front only.
A bit hit and miss.
They were also meant to come with gas shocks, again some did and some didn't.
The Uk dealer aren't much help when it comes to sending bits back, I'm still awaiting credits from about 12 month since.
I have no confidence in the product, or the dealer so I don't sell them, more hassle than they are worth, in my eyes.

They did sort out some rear springs that did actually lower the rear, but they never seemed to be able to tell me what kits were coming.
Don't get me wrong, I have sold good ones and customers have been really happy with them but i don't expect problems like this and I can safely say that in three years I have had more problems with Jamex than anything else, more so than GSF wheel bearings, sender units and cheap header tank caps put together.

Same as G-Max also.
Dampers, as far as I know, from what I could gleen from Jamex were made by KYB, springs made in Holland, they do tend to sag somewhat also.
hey, you pays your money you takes your choice.
As a guide, I used to sell a full kit at £200, or £210 delivered.
I only added them as a budget line as I know not everyone can afford AVO, etc, thought it would fill a gap.

i have done 1500 miles or so now with my springs from cmc. They have not sagged and the van is completely level. i have to say that the whole experience of dealing with cmc was so good that i'll be doing business with them again. i phoned mick and found him a really helpful, pleasant chap who took a great interest in my bus and he got my money. will next time too. no issues with contact format.
