quick release steering wheel

anyone know if you can buy a quick release steering wheel for a T25?

Alomost definatly they use a mk1 golf boss which i have in my golf .
youd need

1)after market steering wheel £50+
2)steering boss for mk1 golf/t25 £35
3)removeable boss adaptor£75

so not cheap........

Not cheap, but I'm definitely not hauling a Disklock around again which cost about 100 quid anyway. Incidently, the Land Rover it was protecting was still nicked because it was either towed away or went on a flatbed!

Id be tempted to shop about though the boss is specific to the vechicle the snap off part isnt ! the likes of fleabay etc

p.s be aware there are two bolt hole patterns a momo type and a omp type most makes of wheels fall into one of them patterns

pop the horn press and get a 32mm (I think) socket on it, how much quicker do you need it?

I know, I think I'd just prefer taking the wheel off overnight rather than lugging the disklock on and off. I think the removable wheels also have a lock and key which means that when it's removed, you can leave it in the van but it can't be used without "unlocking" it.
