Getting a new roof on insurance?

Hi, has anyone been able to do this before?
I am with Adrian Flux insurance and just in case my roof cannot be fixed, i was wondering if it is possible to get a new roof fitted on the insurance?

hi, well the lock is broken and the struts aren't holding it up anymore..i'm hoping they just need re-gasing, i have someone who will be looking at it and he mentioned that if it needs a new roof then i can get it done on my insurance!!
i didn't think you could..so was just wondering if that was the case..is that something that they will pay out for???

Yeah..it is a pop top..autohomes camper..with the four gas struts..
tbh..it may need a new roof..its not exactly in tip top condition

i would say not a hope !!!!! its normall wear and tear like asking then to carry out a service on your van !
