There is a spring loaded plastic pully cam belt tensioner for the1Y engine.It has a metal tag that fits into a slot in the metel back plate.Advice please as to what is the procedure to adjust the tension for the cambelt.

Turn centre of tensioner untill the 2 marks on the tensioner line up with other, turn engine over and make sure they still line up.
