Coolant Pipe - Desperation!

Hi all,

I have been searching high and low for this pipe (circled in red) for two weeks now!

[IMG:600:450]http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y145/t ... pe001s.jpg[/img]

I can't find one anywhere as I don't know the product code or the names of the parts of the engine it joins! (novice  )

Anyway, I've tried JK, VW Heritage, Parts emporium and VAGcat with no luck.

Please help as I desperately want a reliable coolant system by the Easter weekend!

pop into wayside VW Dealer with a smile and your engine number, and ask them to bring up the etka diagrams for your engine compartment.

you will be quite surprised at the help and assistance they can provide, euro car parts also maybe able to help with the part number but probably not the part.

All the early plumbing is as far as I know obsolete.

Has the hose itself burst or just leaking from the clamps? most of my leaks on my van have been weak clamps..

Boy.. what a mess the early plumbing looks.. I'm glad I've got a late DG

The pipe has perished at one end, and so has the repair job!

Thanks for the help guys, should have it done soon...
