Head lights

Hi all, anyone know what other vans/cars head lights fit the T3 ?, i need to replace mine with left hand drive ones [ i'm trying to Spanish the van!!]

I have a pair of LHD headlamps (Round) which came off my Westi camper.
They are in good condition
I had to change them to pass the last MOT.
