perhaps not the right are to ask but can anyone supply me a wiring diagram for a UK turbo diesel engine / engine bay? any will do..

battery/alternator/starter are obvious , right ?

IIRC all the wires coming from loom -

thickest red - to first glow plug (nitcably heavier guage than others)
yellow/red - sender at 'front' of engine (side profile nearest gearbox) on water pipe - this is the guage sender

black/blue (i think it is but mine are all "pooh" , but it is the one connected to aux water pump anyway) goes to the other sender on same piece of pipe

red - sender just behind injector pump - this is the glow plug temp sender

yellow - sender on top of oil filter housing -high pressure warning sender

blue( or "pooh" blue/"pooh" green/maybe got a trace in it but dont think so) - low pressure oil sender - goes at front of engine just above the two water temp senders

black - fuel cut off solenoid (on injector pump!)

make sense ?

yup. I want to check where the feeds for the aux water pump and turbo fan come from, also the glow plugs : the glow circuit needs a temp sender feed? (works without)
