Got a reply to my question about battery size advising to stick with standard size battery (present one is 66amp). Have limited options here of either 60amp or 72 amp, so have opted for 72amp. Before I fit it will it be OK or could I be causing some damage by fitting a 72amp battery.

Forgive such a lack of basic knowledge question.

No a 72A batery wont cause any damage. It will just give you a bit more juice.
