After the recommendation on here to change petrol hose and expansion tank hose, and also after looking on Wiki, has anyone got any ideas where I might be able to get some 5.7mm hose from please?

Have done the 6mm petrol hose, and boy it needed doing. Now just got to do the expansion tanks as 3 of the 4 pipes are missing. The remaining one is well rotten.

I can get 5mm from GSF, is it doable with this? Or do I just get 6mm and jubilee clip it?

Sorry for the questions again, but am enjoying doing stuff on the van myself - very rewarding although the wife wouldn't say so!

I got most of my gear from vw van garage dealership near to me. they'll be your best bet. They use an on screen catalogue which shows a blown up diagram of the bus. You should visit your nearest van dealer, the one near me was pretty helpfull.

5.7 is fuel injection hose... from a good motorfactors by the metre.... thats where i get mine from....

maybe you should try a different motor factors..
