Going back to OEM springs & shocks...or should I?

Hi all.
Am definately going to put my lowered 2wd caravelle back to stock height.
But which ones should I go for?
Spoke to VW dealership & he wasn't definate which ones I should fit.
Had a look on JKampers they do 'sach' ones regular & heavy duty.
Anyone tried these?
Also what bushes & bits should I be replacing while I'm at it. These £4 ones from JK's are they cr@p? Can you get up-rated 'nyopreen(?)' ones? Where from? Worth it?
