Hi all,

Went in to a local VW motor factors yesterday asking if it is still poss to get the PCB flexi circuit for the dash pod electrics? Told they no longer make them (no surprise there of course! :? ) and that they were no longer available after around 2001.

Anyone know please if GSF still do them?, or are these becoming a bit rare now and is second hand - or trying to repair - perhaps the best options?

Cheers all if anyone has any thoughts/pointers on this one?

I am currently attempting a repair using copper track removed from an old printed circuit board...
I would be interested to know how you get on

Andy :)

Andy,

Hoping to take unit out next weekend and do contiuity checks etc see what's what?

Like your idea though about bridging things with a flexi circuit, nice one :)

If find anyother method though, will keep you posted.

Thanks
