Which is best twin cam or quad cam and why ?

the one ive got fitted is twin cam but is still 4 valves per cylinder very cleaver way it does it, dont no if theres a big difference bettween quad and twin but quad cams are newer i belive so might be harder with the newer wireing thats on them ??

When mine goes in for the engine swap i have a quad cam going in so just checking.
