My camper has sat on the drive and not been moved since october......
However usually i leave the handbrake off and put a brick under the wheel...... unfortunately for me i must have forgotten this time.... coz its stuck fast

Does anyone have any tips on how to release it please :idea .................

Take off the rear wheels (chock the fronts first) and smack the drums with a lump hammer to break the bond (or the drum if you hit it to hard)

jack the van up and remove the one rear wheel at a time - it might be one or both rear wheels stuck. with the wheel removed, get a lump hammer and whack the brake drum (with the hand brake released so chock the front wheels) and turn the drum till it frees up.

What has happened is that moisture has welded the drum to the shoes - I may be corrected.

Drop your clutch sharpish, and back off not quite enough to stall it,

If it slips at this then its shot anyway
