Head Gasket service

Ok, it's getting near the time for me to do the head gasket on my AAZ..external water leak getting progressively worse form head gasket joint (1 litre every 20 miles!)
My question is where is the best place to get the cam/crank/pulley locking tools for this job?
I know I need a flat bar and feelers to lock the cam and a pin for the crank, but which ones and where from
What do I do about the fuel pump? will I need to reset it afterwards?
When I get the head off I am anticipating having to flat it off on a plate and I'll also check all the manifolds for flatness.
Is it advisable to change any valve stem seals and is it worth changing out all the valves or just lapping the old ones back in if I find no problems?
Thanks...Lee
