Carb help west sussex

Hi, ive bought a weber carb set-up but after a bit of thought ive decided to stay stock for now so ive got a new gasket set and was wondering if theres anyone local to chichester or horsham who could help out fitting this?
ive got the haynes manual but theres not enough info really.
either that or recommend a mobile / static mechanic
