Throttle cable mount

The saga continues , still trying to get van on the road after held back by the weather.
Have fitted pir of Dell 36 's and linkages, but trying to work how to attach throttle cable has beaten me, as the original line of the cable is the wrong alignment for the new linkage.
Thought is to make a new mount for the outer cable to be clamped to, but no idea of what is the best way.
A photo of installed carbs would be a big help !
Not sure how this is done any ideas ???
