registering with govt

Can anyone tell me how i go about registering with customs and excise as i have converted the van to veg oil!

The internet is full of useful info...if you use it of course.
Just to start you off...you're allowed to 2500 litres per year of bio diesel....but you have looked before asking haven't you?
