Tell me how to fix my sliding door...

Now I've 97% fixed my electrics, my attention turns to the sliding door. There's a big gap at the front edge - OK I need a new seal which is being ordered tomorrow, but the door is not aligned properly - the top of the gap is wider than the bottom. And when I press on it at the top, it moves in quite a bit. How do I align it?
Problem two - maybe related, is that it doesn't really pop open at the rear edge when I pull the handle - I sometimes have to pull it with my fingers, being careful not to trap them. What do I need to do to fix this?
Problem three is getting it open at all! The external lock barrel seems to be seized in place. And the internal lock lever drops of its own accord - so the only way I can open it is to open the front door, reach inside, lift the lock lever while pushing the external handle down! This itself is very stiff - when I first got the bus I though it was still locked.
So what do I need to do to fix this handle?
