Computer question: Mozilla Firefox

Hi there, when I'm on 80-90 I bookmark useful threads that will help keep the van on the road and other useful info. So I've now got quite a long list of folders and sub-folders in Firefox and would hate to lose them. Does anyone know if it's possible to create a back-up copy of these bookmarks in case the computer suddenly died? We're using Windows XP.

is there not a folder in the main root tree labeled "Favorates"?
I dont use firefox ( i use netcaptor - loads better and more established) so not sure, but if there is, make a copy of that favs folder and save it somewhere........

go to bookmarks, organise bookmarks, opens new browser session, file, export. This will create a file called bookmarks.html. If you ever need to re-import them follow same sequence but choose import & navigate to where bookmarks.html is located.

Thanks everyone, I'll hopefully get chance to have a look at this tonight. I like the sound of online bookmarks that I can access from a variety of locations. That's why I use web based email, but I didn't realise that I could have access to my bookmarked web pages as well! 8)

or try google bookmarks...similar to foxmarks - transportable and very useful if you access using multiple computers - at different times I should add.
