Have a look (get a step ladder if your not my size) along the top of the rubber seal that is clipped over the rear gutter (above the tailgate).

Have you got moss growing out of it - then peel back and extract 1-2mm depth of silt under the rubber holding moisture against the guttering.

OK so perhaps its only me who hasn't cleaned out under there before  - twas a bit of an eye opener - or is everyone else waiting till the moss flowers next spring

Can I assume that you are talking about Auto-Sleeper high top campers only & not those fitted with a pop-top? :)

Yup - I mean those vertically challenged (by height barriers) owners. Even I at 6'4" needed the steps for this job.

I think the pop top has the same seal, well mine was full of moss.

I get moss growing in the sliding window on the offside... all very organic, but difficult to get at. Unless anyone has any suggestions?

I've not got any moss because it's e a s y to clean. Why? Cos mine's missing!

I'd dearly love to replace it, anyone got any ideas? High top sealed to van at the moment with white silicone which also holds the top on! All the rear rivits have rusted out at some point, and yes it did leak but no more...
