Turbo diesel injection pump 1.6

Dose anyone know where you can seals for for the pump I have a leak from the spindle on the top of the pump, where the link rod connects to the diaphram pump. Tried a few so called specialists in the area but no joy.

There is a specialist garage called Central VW-Audi on the Wirral who are diesel nutters. They may well be able to help you.

Thanks, but tried them, they put me in touch with a diesel injection place in Chester who said they had not seen a seal like that before. They sold me a general Bosch seal repair kit the nearest o ring in the kit leaked when I tried it, there are no seals in the kit that are like the one that came out just o rings. He did say that he thought that the spindle should not be seeing that much diesel & there may be another seal gone inside. but I am reluctant to remove the top off the pump as I can not obtain any literature for what is inside.

The Bosch place in Birmingham rebuilds them for about £140!!!!! I'll try and find the number if it helps - if not contact one of the breakers off here
