starter motor bolts...

Help!!! i was going to be a right nice chap to my bus today and do
that little bush on the gearbox/starter... but shock/horror could i find the other bolt(top) on the starter, NO! looked at the varios lying manuals i have and there is supposed to be one on the engine mount... i cant see that either! its a 2000 1981 if ANYONES got any ideas.... :( cheers!!

i can feel what maybe should be a stud, but looks with aid of mirror/torch like a casting area,( completly round) .......

It's a large bolt with a D shaped head - you undo a 17mm nut behind the aircleaner box and the bolt will slip out forwards.

There are indeed two bolts holding the starter in, the bottom one is easy to see, the top one has a D shaped headed bolt that pokes into the
engine compartment, remove the engine hatch and air cleaner, the nut is the top right one as you look to the rear of the engine, you may have to take the air cleaner out to see it.
