Morning all, anyone know the figers, brake etc and how closely the the injectors should be matched.I had them checked at a local citroen workshop, and the brake point seemed to be 140/145,..three are ok the fourth needs a new nossil [40 euros].

sure its not got the pressure stamped on side ? some of mine have had.
*i think* its 155bar - same as GTD injectors but differing injectors have bigger nozzles so more fuel at same pressure. :D

not a diesel expert but at an educated guess i would say that a drop in 10% (15 bar) of the breaking pressure is not good! also if you have lost this % of performance whats the spray pattern gonna be like ? how old are you injectors ? originals maybe ? not the sort of thing most people think about swapping as a service item . unless someone comes along and srgues the contaray, personally i would swap em! sure someone on here has a good used low l mileage set on for sale bit. :D

if yours are a matched set and 1 has gone , the others might follow soon

The van seemed to have a missfire when starting from cold and a vibration point at 1300 rpm[hot of cold].Ive just re-built the engine and am checking things as i go!.The cone shape seemed ok[but ive only seen petrol injector shapes before],i'll see what happens on tuesday when[hopefully] i get the re-built injector back from the workshop.
